Take it and head back down the way you came until you reach the third floor where you to begin with took the far right stair to get to Dratcula . Now you will want to take the stairs up to the left . Another chest of drawers is waiting for you , which will reward you withDratcula ’s Topper , a lid that can steal 5 % of damage trade as health .
The Bloodsucker steel will take 10 % of damage dealt as wellness .
Take the closest step to the chest down to get back to the principal entrance . Go back up the first set of steps and return to the Mysterious Painting . Interact with the painting again and the last thorax from the Eight Bit Castle will unload , giving you Dratcula ’s Coat , which has the same ability as the chapeau .
