Sometimes , the quiet ones deliver the goods the Games , but Veronica seems more like the kind of person who would protect one of her allies or sacrifice herself for the greater good . Veronica also does n’t always have the good instinct . Still , with her sharp mind , she ’d be a worthful asset to any ally and a fierce competitor to her rivals .
Lip Gallagher
Lip has his ingenuity to his vantage , but he ’s not much of a fighter . He ’s one of the softest characters of the show , and he likely would n’t get far unless he had something to oppose for .
Now that he has a tike , Lip could be prompt enough to kill for him . He also has seemingly endless reserves of angriness , which he often expresses through fury . However , he ’s usually only tearing when he has been drinking .
Carl Gallagher
For all of Carl ’s obsession with violence and weapons , he would n’t be the top rival for master of the Hunger Games . Like Kevin , Carl does n’t have the penetrating head sitting on his shoulders . However , what Carl does have is basic military education .
Carl does n’t take nonsense from anyone . As seen by his natural process in the show , he ’s willing to put in the effort to get things done even when nobody else will . He may not be a strategist , but for this reason , he could be an unconvincing dark horse in the Games .
Liam Gallagher
Liam may be the untested competitor on this lean , but he ’s got some biz . He ’s intelligent , logical , critical , strategic , calculating , and a hustler . He may not do much kill , but he ’s a subsister who takes care of himself .
Liam would be the kind of Tribute to surround himself with allies who would protect him . He ’d probably be able-bodied to live off whatever surroundings he ’s thrown into , and he ’d have no hassle leaving his ally if he needed to - he ’s already leave his mob a few time .
Ian Gallagher
Ian may be one of the gentlest characters in the show , but like Carl , he also has military preparation . From blowing up vans to stealing helicopters , Ian ’s actions designate that he ’s courageous - and maybe a little foolhardy .
However , Ian is also apt , informed , and rarely acts on a whim . He favor to suppose thing through , an plus that would be invaluable in a Hunger Games arena . Still , Ian ’s gentler nature may be a hindrance in the Games .
Mickey Milkovich
Mickey may not be book smart or educated , but he ’s so unpitying and venomous that he might just be one of the last Tributes tolerate . He ’s not a liquidator - yet - but a Hunger Games sphere might work him into one .
Surprisingly , Mickey has a head for planning and scheme , even if he does n’t always come up with the upright ideas . He’soften the one to cue Ianthat it ’s better to attack with a plan . But even if he ’s a fleck of a brute , he ’s probably not clever enough to outlast everyone else .
Debbie Gallagher
Debbie starts the series as a kind - hearted , serious-minded untested girl , but shortly spring up into an assertive , empower young woman . Her simple innocence falls away , and she becomes quite the hustler .
It ’s this calibre , along with her cleverness , tactfulness , and brazenness , that would make her a great campaigner to pull ahead the Hunger Games . She ’s not afraid to do anything for survival , and she ’s already prove her aptitude for fighting with strangers .
Fiona Gallagher
Fiona may not have finished mellow school , but she ’s one of the smartest character on the show . Shecarries a lot of baggagearound , but she ’s equal to . She can plan and strategize , but she can fight , too .
Unlike Lip , Fiona does n’t need to be drunk to get assertive and tempestuous . She will do anything for her family ’s survival , and in the Hunger Games , that would be the only motivating she needs to oppose .
Frank Gallagher
Finally , there ’s Frank Gallagher - they call him a roach for a reason . Frank seldom initiates fight , but he may not need to in lodge to get ahead the Hunger Games . In a way , life on the South Side is like the Hunger Games - selection of the fittest - and Frank is easily the old stager .
It seems thatFrank can pull round literally anything , from liver transplants to floating around in Lake Michigan for workweek on end . He always descend back , alive and unperturbed . Even if he does n’t engage in any fight , Frank is sure to outlast everyone else .
