Frank does survive since he ’s basically a cockroach . The funny part is that almost nobody cared when Frank shows back up . Frank has just labor everyone to that breaking point - none of them could be pick for kicking him off a bridge . In fact , they went a spot easy on him !
FRANK: Calling Child Protection Services On Fiona
